150 Mpx EL imaging captures cell-level defects: microcracks, finger interruptions, dead areas, mismatch. Inline with the IV station, same module, same flow.

Hipot & insulation

Safety verification, on the spot.

Dry hipot, insulation resistance and continuity per IEC 61215 / 61730. Catch isolation faults during commissioning instead of after the next storm.

Electroluminescence

Every cell, every defect, in one shot.

A high-resolution CMOS camera array drops over the panel and captures the full module in a single sweep. Microcracks, finger interruptions, dead cells and series-mismatch all show up cell by cell, on the same loading cycle as the IV flash. No second mobilisation, no manual handling.

Multi-camera array

Multiple synchronised CMOS cameras image the panel from above at high resolution. The result is a stitched full-module EL that resolves cell-level defects clearly enough to drive sorting, claims and warranty work.

Automatic stitching, no manual work

Our stitching algorithm aligns and blends the camera outputs into a single high-resolution image automatically, with no operator intervention. What would normally take an analyst minutes per panel happens in seconds, and the same module flows through IV, EL and hipot without a pause.

Drop the Mobile Lab into a Sprinter-class van. Drive between sites, deploy in minutes, no trailer license required in most countries.

Roll-up door, panel rack on rails, walk-in operation. Best for plant-side day-to-day testing where panels move, not the truck.
