Who we are

What we collect
Contact form submissions, name, email, company, country, message. Used solely to reply to your enquiry and route it to the right engineer or sales contact. Stored in our CRM (Odoo) and our email systems.
Anonymous analytics, we use Vercel Analytics, which counts page views and core web vitals without cookies and without tracking individual users. No identifying information is collected.
Advertising measurement, we use the Google Ads tag to see which of our advertisements lead to an enquiry. It sets cookies only if you accept them.
Cookies and advertising
We set no cookies beyond what the site needs to function, unless you accept advertising cookies. Vercel may set technical cookies necessary for the site to work and to protect against abuse. Our analytics use no cookies at all.
We advertise our systems, and we use the Google Ads tag (gtag.js, account AW-18253303967) from Google Ireland Ltd. to measure which advertisements produce enquiries. The tag runs in Google Consent Mode with advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalisation and analytics storage all set to denied from the moment the page loads. In that state it cannot read or write cookies and cannot identify you; Google receives only aggregate, cookieless signals.
If you accept advertising cookies in our banner, Google may then set cookies on your device to recognise your browser when it returns from an advertisement and to attribute an enquiry to the campaign that produced it. Google sets these, not us, and acts as a data controller for them. You can change your answer at any time using the control at the bottom of this page, or through Google's own advertising settings at adssettings.google.com.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law (including the EU GDPR and other regional regulations), you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email info@avalon.solar.
Retention
Contact-form data is retained for as long as is necessary to manage our customer relationship, or for as long as legally required.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share enquiries internally with relevant Avalon ST team members, with our group company Pasan SA where relevant, and with our regional distributors when responding to your enquiry requires it.
